Synopsis: Baek Jae Hoon and his wife, Lee Sun Young, desperately try to conceive a child but are unsuccessful. They turn to their last option, surrogacy, and this is where Go Eun Nim comes in. She is their surrogate mother carrying their child but things become complicated when she later falls in love with Jae Hoon's younger brother, Kang Ho.

diadda 04-22-2010 08:58:51 Seriously tried to get into the cultural difference for the surrogate mothers being something to hide and be ashamed of. In the US it is seen in a positive light. You are helping to make a family, you are giving of yourself and you are praised for it. Yes there are some extra family complications with this show, but nothing that has not been done on purpose here in the US. The main character is treated like a criminal/sinner for being a surrogate mother?! It is the main point of the primary plot line and without the fear of discovery for this sin there is no tension. Culturally speaking, this drama lost me. The acting is also so-so in spots. This does not change the fact that Heecul is cute. As is the main male lead.
