Dream: Jin wakes up from a nightmare of a traffic accident. It drives him to the very spot where a real accident took place. He follows the police to the suspect’s home and watches as Ran denies the hit-and-run accusation since she was asleep the entire night. Jin explains his dream to them and asks to be charged instead. The police dismiss him and arrest Ran. Jin is convinced that there’s an unexplainable connection between the two. They discover that when he dreams, she acts out his dream in her sleep.
Eleventh Mother: A woman suddenly appears at Jae-su's house. Nothing in her hands, nowhere to go, the woman's empty eyes meet with round eyes of the eleven year-old boy. He regards the woman as another person who'll leave and does not put any effort into getting to know her. Every chance he finds, the boy scolds the woman, saying she eats too much, sleeps like a pig and uses up all of the utilities. The two of them are neck and neck with complaints until she learns of the boy's sad history and he discovers her diabetes. The boy has already had 10 stepmothers in the past. Out of the blue the boy's father shows up and begins beating the boy. She tries to stop him and they find themselves on common ground. A warm relationship between the two begins to build up slowly, not aware of the eventual separation that is just around the corner.

Failan: A Chinese woman of Korean descent comes to Korea after the death of her parents in search of her remaining family. Finding they have immigrated to the US, she arranges a fake marriage to obtain a work permit in order to stay in the country. Though tricked and pressured toward working as a prostitute, Failan escapes this situation to work for an old woman at a laundromat.
Fighter In The Wind: In 1934, the young Choi Bae-dal watches his farm servant, Bum-soo (Jeong Doo-hong), fighting in the market in Gimjae, Korea. Bae-dal admires Bum-soo and starts to learn the art of fighting. Seven years later, 18-year-old Bae-dal (Yang Dong-geun) smuggles himself to Japan to go to an aviation school but instead finds himself being forced into the Kamikaze program. He resists and fights with the Japanese instructor Kato, a karate master and captain of the program. Bae-dal is shamefully defeated and earns Kato's scorn....
